У месној канцеларији «Ђука Динић» одржана је седма промоција кампање „Знањем до здравља“, коју Превентивни центар-Дома здравља у Нишу, сваке среде са почетком у 11 сати организује у сарадњи са Градском општином Палилула. Образовни програм «Едукација жена о самопрегледу дојке», по традицији, је  интересантан женама, претежно средње и старије популације-каже Славољуб Савић, заменик начелника Управе Градске општине Палилула. Посећеност је неуједначена, јер не постоји развијена здравствена култура или се то правда заузетошћу наших суграђанки.

Адријана Аметовић, директорица Удружења грађана ромске популације «Понос», похвалила је ову акцију нагласивши да је образовање жена, посебно ромске популације, данас веома важно и потребно. Екипа Превентивног центра-Дома здравља са докторком  Светланом Костић организовала је предавање, а затим и пројекцију филма, вежбање на медицинском моделу, поделу едукативног материјала.

Акција се наставља следеће недеље предавањем у насељу «Милка Протић» 17.11.2010. у просторијама Амбуланте; а затим и у МК «Ледена Стена», 24.11.2010. у просторијама ОШ Бубањски Хероји.

"KNOWLEDGE TO THE HEALTH OF WOMEN"

Настављајући традицију, Градска општина Палилула је и ове године обезбедила пакетиће, поводом Новогодишњих празника, за најмлађе становнике општине ромске популације. Овим поводом, у сали месне канцеларије „Ђука Динић" одржан је пригодан културно-уметнички програм који су малишани из невладине организације „Понос" приредили за представнике градских општина Палилула и Медијана. Пакетиће су деци даривали Бобан Микић, члан Већа Градске општине Палилула и Драгослав Ћирковић председник Градске општине Медијана. Пријему су присуствовали и Зорица Стојиљковић, чланица Већа општине Палилула и Славољуб Савић, помоћник начелнка Управе Градске општине Палилула, Осман Балић као и представници Центра за социјални рад „Свети Сава" у Нишу.

Невладина организација „Понос" је основана 1997 године и њен примарни задатак је подизање образовне свести код Рома. Више година ова организација цивилног друштва, уз подршку Градске општине Палилула успешно организује предшколску наставу са ромском децом у циљу превазилажења језичких баријера. Деца ромске популације се након савладаног програма припреме лакше укључују у образовни програм Републике Србије и боље су прихваћена од својих вршњака у школама.

Continuing the tradition, the City Palilula this year provided the gifts on the occasion of New Year holidays, the youngest residents of the municipality of Roma population. On this occasion, the hall of local administration "Djuka Dinić" held a cultural-artistic program that children from non-governmental organizations "Pride" arranged for representatives of the city Palilula and Mediana. Gifts to the children gave Boban Mikic, a member of the Greater City Municipality Palilula and Dragoslav Ćirković President of City Municipality Mediana. The reception was attended by Vicki Stojiljkovic, a member of the Council of Palilula and Slavoljub Savic, Assistant Administration's municipality Palilula, Osman Balic, as well as representatives of the Centre for Social Work of St. Sava in Nis.

 
NGO "Pride" was founded in 1997 and its primary task is to raise educational awareness among the Roma. For many years the civil society organizations, with support from the City of Palilula successfully organized preschool classes with Roma children to overcome language barriers. Roma children after  preparation programs easier to include in the educational program of the Republic of Serbia and are better accepted by their peers in schools.

РОМСКИ НЕВЛАДИН СЕКТОР У ПРОМОЦИЈИ ДОСТИГНУЋА

У сали месне канцеларији „Ђука Динић“, Удружење грађана Рома „Понос“, у присуству бројних гостију обележило је Светски дан Рома-8. април. Пригодни програм је отворио „Поносни хор“ уз химну Рома „Ђелем, ђелем“, након чега су малишани извели монолог „Чегарска лепотица“. Затим је приказан краткометражни документарни филм Меде Бајрамовића, „Синоними града“, који је подсетио на стваралаштво и делатност неких од познатих нишлија, припадника ромске популације. Представљени су Шабан Бајрамовић, краљ ромске музике, Садик Саитовић, познати кореограф фолклорних игара, Саид Балић, који је основао прво удружење Рома у Нишу и учинио много за развој ромске популације. „Не могу да кажем да се за Роме у друштву данас не чини ништа, али се ипак не чини довољно. Пре свега мислим на образовање и запошљавање. Овај дан је јако значајан за промоцију ромских достигнућа у свим сегментима друштва–рекао је у сусрету са новинарима Бајрамовић.

У просторијама МК „Ђука Динић“ у време прославе приказана је и изложба фотографија најпознатијих Рома у свету, међу којима, осим Шабана Бајрамовића, посебно место су заузели Уснија Реџепова, Есма Реџепова.

Прослави су присуствовали и представници руководства Градске општине Палилула, на чијој се територији налази удружење. Члан Већа општине, Бобан Микић, у знак сарадње уручио је председници удружења „Понос“, у име председника општине, захвалницу за допринос активностима на унапређењу живота Рома. Честиткама се придртужио и Славољуб Савић, помоћник начелника Управе општине Палилула.

„Не може се сагледа готово ни један део историје Ниша, а да се не наиђе на неког припадника ромске заједнице, пре свега областима музике и спорта. То указује да је ромска популација свакако саставни део овог града и овог друштва- рекао је Микић и нагласио да Удружење „Понос“ још од 2003.године ради на програму превазилажења језичких баријера, како би малишани ромске националне мањине могли несметано д а прате наставу.

Then was presented a short documentary film by Meda Bajramovic, “Synonyms of the City”, which reminded on creation and operation of some of the famous citizens of Nis, the Roma population. Presented are Saban Bajramovic, king of Roma music, Sadik Saitovic, well-known choreographer of folk games, Said Balic, who funded first Association of Roma in Nis and done very much for development of Roma population. “I can not say that today for Roma in society is not doing anything, but is not doing enough. I primarily refer to education and employment. This day is very important for promotion of Roma achievement in all segments of society – said in meeting with journalists Bajramovic.

In the space of Local Office “Djuka Dinic” during the celebration it is presented and photo exhibition of the most known Roma in the world, including, beside Saban Bajramovic, special place occupied Usnija Regepova, Esma Regepova.
Celebration was attended by representatives of management of City Municipality of Palilula, on which territory association is located. “Can not look at any part of history of Nis, and that does not meet with any members of the Roma community, primarily in the area of music and sport. This suggests that Roma population is an integral part of this city and this society – said Mikic and highlighted that Association “Pride” since 2003rd works on the program of overcoming language barriers, to kids of Roma minority could smoothly follow instruction.

Manifestaciju je otvorio Iva Barčić, klarinetista, zvucima romske himne Đelem, Đelem nakon čega je skup pozdravila izvršna direktorica RNVO Ponos, Adrijana Ametovic. „Iskreno se nadam, da smo Vaše poverenje opravdali. Želim da se iskreno zahvalim predstavnicima opština Medijana i Palilula, bez čije finansiske podrške „Ponos“ ne bi uspeo da realizuje svoj san. Više godina je ideja o organizovanju „Uranačkog festivala“ bila samo slovo na papiru. Uložili smo, dosta truda i nesebičnog rada da vidite program koji smo vam pripremili- naglasila je Andrijana Ametović. Zatim je foklorno društvo iz udruženja građana Roma Crvena Zvezda, prezentovalo običaje, kulturu i tradiciju niških Roma. Oni su nišlijama, posetiocima „Prvog URANAČKOG FESTIVALA“. prezentovali sebe i svoju narodnu kulturu kroz splet igra pod nazivom Romani Rat–Romska noć (Igre prezentuju običaj i kulturu Roma za vreme Đurđevdanskog uranka). Ostala kullturno-umetnička društva takođe su prezentovala običaje i tradiciju svojih naroda, a zatim su izvedene 2 predstave sa motivima Đurđevdana. Učenici Muzičke škole u Nišu, sa orkestrom koji broji 35 mališana, izveli su akademsku svirku pod nazivom Đurđevdankse igre kraj Nišave. Plesni klub Step je izveo koreografiju za ovu priliku. Numere na kojima su pleasali i izvodili igru, jasno su pokazale kako se sv Đurđevdan slavi širom sveta, svaki narod na svoj način. Ovogodišnji prvi „Uranački festival” zatvorila je „Roma dance grupa 018”, Hip Hop numerama koje su izveli u veoma inovantnom stilu, želeći da prikažu snagu i volju Roma za integracijom u većinski narod.

Gost Uranačkog festivala bilo je KUD ANIP iz Velikog Gradišta. Uz prelep foklorni program obogaćen spletom igara iz Srbije ovo društvo je nišlijama kao znak zahvalnosti poklonilo pesmu „Oj Nišu grade moj”, koju je izvela volonterka njihovog društva Marina Joknić.

Drago mi je da sam večeras sa Vama-rekao je na otvaranju festivala Milan Đurđević, predsednik Skupštine Gradske opštine Palilula. Znam da je svaki početak težak ali je Gradska opština Palilula ovom prilikom odlučila da bude sa vama, kao jedan od pokrovitelja manifestacije. Ocenili smo da je to jedam od naših doprinosa osnaživanju romske zajednice, unapređenju odnosa između većinskog naroda i etničkih grupa, naročito Roma. Nadam se da ćemo sa organizacijom “Ponos” nastaviti saranju na novim projektima. Novica Simić, načelnik Uprave gradske opštine Medijana je izmđu ostalog istakao da će opština Medijana uvek podrži manifestacije ovog tipa. Zadovoljstvo je što smo doprineli da ovaj program ostvari svoju punu afirmaciju i okupi veliki broj pesetilaca- rekao je Simić.

Predstavnik niške Eparhije, otac Zoran, u svom obraćanju je rekao: ”Drage sestre i braco, dame i gospodo, velika mi je radost i čast da mogu u ime njegove svetosti, Partijarha sprske crkve gospodina Irineja i u ime sveštenstva naše eparhije prisustvujem „Uranačkom festivalu”. Prioritet u životu mora biti vera, vera u bolje sutra i mogucnost da nam bog podari blagodet. Za nas je ovo jedan veliki korak. Romi su naše komšije, naši prijatelji i braća ali se do sada nikada nisu promovisali na ovaj način. Moramo priznati da smo pred Bogom svi jednaki i da je potrebno da jednako pomažemo jedni drugima. Bez sloge, braćo i sestre, mi ćemo izgubiti sve bitke pa čak i one nezapočete. Na kraju želim da Vam kažem da je crkva uvek spremna za ovakve i slične akcije koje promovišu kulturu jedne zemlje a naročito tamo gde je u prvom planu iskazan mir i poštovanje svih naroda podrži. Blagosloveni bili.”

Boban Mikić, član Veća Gradske opštine Palilula, dao je svoju ocenu programa manifestacije. „Neizmerno sam srećan što je danas pred niškom publikom, zajedničkim snagama romske i omladine iz večinskog stanovništva prezentovana snaga i volja zajedničkog su života- istakao je većnik Boban Mikić. Kroz ovaj program moglo se jasno videti da smo uložili dosta vremena, napora i rada na ovom poduhvatu. Posebno bih se zahvalio profesorima i deci koja su izvela program u trajanju od 2,5 sata. Nimalo nije bilo lako pripremiti i realizovati ovakvu manifestaciju. Sada, kada je sve iza nas, kada vidim osmeh na licu organizatora i čujem gromke aplauze publike radujem se i osećam jos veću želju da naredne godine našim građanima priredimo novi spektakl povodom Uranka. Smatram da smo opravdali naziv manifestacije „Naš Niš, naš Ponos”. Ponosan sam što sam jedan od aktera ove priče.

U završnoj reći, na kraju „Prvog URANAČKOG FESTIVALA 2011“, Meda Bajramovic, menadžer RNVO Ponos i idejni tvorac Festivala je rekao: „Poštovani prijatelji, hvala na svemu, hvala na nesebičnom doprinosu. Deca su danas pokazala da mogu sve. Pokazala su da je naša budućnost u sigurnim rukama niške omladine. Ideja o Festivalu je do sada bila samo na papiru. Ostvarili su je hrabri ljudi, poput Bobana Mikića i drugih članova „Ponosa“, uz finansijsku podršku opština Palilula i Medijana. Svima se zahvaljujem na uloženom trudu. Ovogodišnja izrazito velika posećenost manifestacije obavezuje nas da u 2012 „Uranački festival“ održimo na otvorenom prostoru, u nekom od naših parkova.

OUR SITY, OUR PRIDE
